Bergen County criminal records must be requested from the public office that created or maintains them. This private site cannot retrieve or change a record. The contacts below route court files to the Bergen Criminal Division Records Room, Sheriff and booking requests to the BCSO Records Bureau, police reports to the creating department, and personal criminal-history reviews to New Jersey State Police.

This Is Not a Government Office. Bergen County Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot retrieve, certify, correct, expunge, or accept filings for any official record.
